Dada takes a star role in Patrick Roger’s Paris studio
Patrick Roger, France’s most famous chocolate artist, inaugurates his atelier in Paris and chooses Dada to make it happen. Custom-designed for the maestro, in the same shade of green that characterizes the Maison Roger, the sculptor’s workshop is an impressive kitchen that expresses all the know-how and experience that Dada can offer. The cooking tools are well stored in the kitchen, out of sight but easy to use. The result is an elegant, exquisite environment where Patrick teaches courses of haute pâtisserie, an ambience that admirably represents Dada’s innovation in kitchen design and its ability to offer custom solutions, even for the sculptor of taste. For Patrick Roger chocolate is the raw material of art, to be used for shaping sculptures up to 80 kgs in weight and gigantic praline boxes over a meter long. In his universe the finest ingredients are wed to master craftsmanship and French aesthetics to create works of art just waiting to be savoured.
