It is a honor to announce that Molteni&C Twelve A.M. bed design Neri&Hu is the winner of NYCxDESIGN Awards 2020 in the Residential Furniture Category.
The Twelve A.M. bed is part of an integrated furniture system for the bedroom. The bed essential design, signature of Neri&Hu creativity and inventiveness, features wood as the main material, combined with metal and soft textiles and premium leather details. The headboard embrace the bed presenting on the inside a lining with soft textiles and monochrome leather straps supporting a central comfortable cushion, which acts as a headrest.
On the back of the headboard there are two small circular wooden trays that act as bedside shelves. At the back, if the bed is positioned in the centre of the room, Twelve A.M. can be fitted with a small projecting shelf.
Founded in 2004 by partners Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Neri&Hu Design and Research Office is an inter-disciplinary architectural design practice based in Shanghai, China with an additional office in London, UK. Neri&Hu works internationally providing architecture, interior, master planning, graphic, and product design services.
