A Linha da Vizinha presents the new Collection Molteni&C

A Linha da Vizinha started its activity in May 2000. In the early years, most of the projects were dedicated to office solutions and contract situations such as hotels, restaurants, museums, universities, libraries and other public buildings, but later also specialized his offer on the domestic range with several solutions from the most prestigious brands of furniture. With the growth of LDV new challenges emerge with several demands either for multinational companies or private house holders. Architects, designers and decorators also begin to ask other type of solutions and support to their projects. The strong growth of the company and the need for the appropriate exhibition of several prestigious brands required a larger space. In 2002 LDV moved to a new show-room in Avenida Conselheiro Fernando de Sousa, Campolide / Amoreiras a project from CLCS Arquitects with an area of 800m2. Later, in 2004, open a new department specialized in lighting that enables specialized monitoring of projects in the area of technical and decorative lighting. In 2008, the first store opens in Oporto that, in addition to an extension of the work of A Linha da Vizinha, enriches the component of special projects, developing specific solutions for many clients. Also began the edition of LDV furniture, highlighting the furniture designed by architect Siza Vieira, Souto de Moura and Aires Mateus Kitchen. A Linha da Vizinha now has a multidisciplinary team and expertise in capturing new trends that have been strengthening its catalogue with the most respected brands and designers in the industry. This broad offering includes more than 200 national and international references that reinforce each area of his work: office, home, kitchen, lighting, libraries, museums and restaurants. The selection of brands was intended to allow the most appropriate solutions for each project.
