Molteni and Filippo La Mantia together again at Care’s

The spectacular scenery of the Dolomites and the Alta Val Badia was the backdrop, from 17th to 20th January 2016, to CARE’s – the ethical chef days – Prominent figures in international restauranteering, including Norbert Niederkofler, Claudio Sadler, Filippo La Mantia and Giancarlo Morelli, to mention just a few, with highly qualified wine makers and experts from the food industry gathered to discuss and share a common ethical and responsible approach to the food and wine culture. Dada’s Banco kitchen, along with Gio Ponti re-makes such as the D.270.2 armchairs, the D.270.1 chairs and the small D.552.2 tables, as well as the LessLess tables designed by Jean Nouvel and Hannes Wettstein’s Alfa chairs, were the main characters in the setting of the event.
