Eclaté

The installation is shown in the Salvatore Ferragamo boutique in Via Montenapoleone and its highlight is the MO lamp, a wooden structure made up of various units, lit by neon and explored in all its expressive potential in the interiors of the Florentine fashion house. An aerial sculpture that develops the elements designed for the Molteni&C Dada Flagship store in Paris, which won the best set design award at the 2011 Designer’s Days. MO is also a flexible and dynamic lamp. The various units form lightweight structures, animated by plays of lines in natural wood, which gracefully and discreetly join SOL, a small rocking chair with soft, delicate forms, designed for Molteni&C. A minuet of objects that match the elegance of Salvatore Ferragamo’s creations. The installation entitled “Eclaté (Exploded)” creates an ephemeral construction inside the store, a strong and infinitely repeatable visual motif. In her projects Constance Guisset reveals her passion for set design and her quest for harmony hidden in the architecture and the objects that belong to it.
